用途:本品仅供科研,不得用于其它用途。(以下用途仅供参考)可抑制DNA聚合酶,干扰核苷酸参入DNA,并抑制核苷酸还原酶,阻断胞嘧啶核苷酸还原成脱氧胞嘧啶核苷酸,但对RNA和蛋白质的合成无显著作用。Ara-C插入DNA,靠和拓扑异构酶I(topoisomeraseI)形成络合物抑制DNA复制,导致DNA裂解。不能抑制RNA合成。
